So, I’ve decided I’m going to try and keep up with this blog a bit better. I just did a two week long circuit training boot camp through my yoga studio, and it really inspired me to look into my diet again, and recommit to healthy eating, and helping others eat healthier as well. I plan to post more recipes and general nutrition topics. I like to talk about food, cooking, and issues surrounding food, and I think this blog is a good outlet for me to do that. I’m going to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics conference at the end of this week, and I’m sure I will have a lot to share about that as well!
